Court Orders of Nondisclosure, Government Code

 

The following is a list of agencies normally involved in the expunction process.  Please include the mailing and email address of each agency in your petition.  

 

No "issue expunction-certified mail" fee is required if you include the agency's email addresses in the petition/order

 

For each agency you include that does not have an email address, you must pay $25.00 for the "issue expunction-certified mail" fee. 

 

The contact list is provided as a convenience. You are NOT required to include every agency on the list. DO NOT include agencies in your petition who do not have records related to your case.
