NOTICE TO BIDDERS

  

         Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted by the

Commissioner’s Court of Archer County, Texas at the County Judge’s office in the Courthouse in Archer City, Texas until 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2009, from any FDIC banking association or corporation in Archer County who may desire to be selected as the official Depository of Funds of Archer County, Texas.

 

Bank Depository Information and Application packets may be obtained from the office of Archer County Judge located at the Archer County Courthouse.  For further questions, please call (940) 574-4811

 

              The Commissioner’s Court of Archer County, Texas reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please note that no faxed bids will be accepted.
