NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION

To the registered voters of the City of Megargel,Texas. A special election is hereby ordered to be held on May 9, 2009 for the purpose of:

To legalize the sale of beer and wine

Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at:

Mustang Hall Community Center, 301 W. Cedar St., Megargel, Texas beginning on April 27, 2009 and ending on May 5, 2009. The hours for early voting are as follows:
