NOTICE TO BIDDERS

 

    Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted by the Commissioner’s Court of Archer

County, Texas at the County Judge’s office in the Courthouse in Archer City, Texas until 9:00 a.m. Monday July 28, 2008 for the sale of the following items: 

 

        

          1.)  Contents of Storage Building located at the Archer County Sheriffs Department.

                 Bidder must submit a single bid for the entire contents of the Storage Building.

                 A  copy of the list of contents is available at the Archer County Judge’s Office and

                 arrangements to view items can be made by calling (940) 574-4811.               

 

          Archer County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids, or to accept in whole or in part such bid as may be deemed in the best interest of, and the most advantageous to the county.  Bids that are not received before the advertised time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

 

FAXED bids will not be accepted.

 

All bid proposals should be sealed and submitted to either:
