NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING
OF
COMMISSIONER’S COURT OF ARCHER COUNTY, TEXAS
FOR A BUDGET WORK SESSION FOR FY 2011
The Commissioner’s Court of Archer County, Texas will convene in an Open Meeting
for a Budget Work Session on Tuesday June 1, 2010 set for 10:00 a.m. The Work Session
will be held at the Commissioner’s Courtroom, 112 E. Walnut, Archer County Courthouse Annex, Archer
City, Texas. There will be no formal agenda addressed during the Work
Session.
As authorized by the Texas Government Code, the Commissioner’s Court of Archer County,
Texas reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this
meeting to discuss any item as it may relate to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (Consultation
with Attorney); Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (Deliberations About Real Property); Texas
Government Code Section 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations); Texas Government Code
Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters), Texas Government Code Section 551.076 (Deliberations about
Security Devices); and Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (Economic Development).
I hereby certify that the above Notice of an Open Meeting for a Budget Work Session for FY 2011,
was posted on the doors of the Archer County Courthouse, 100 S. Center, Archer City, Texas on the
27th day of May at 10:00 a.m.
