NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

COMMISSIONER’S COURT

OF

ARCHER COUNTY , TEXAS

The Commissioner’s Court of Archer County, Texas will meet in a Special Called Session on Thursday, May 13 th, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Archer County Annex Courtroom, 112 E. Walnut, Archer City, Texas.

           

A. CALL TO ORDER

      Greeting, Roll Call and Determination of Quorum

        Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags       

        Complete registration of Attendees by the County Court Clerk

B.  PUBLIC COMMENTS, MISCELLANEOUS REPORTS, DISCUSSIONS OR

      PRESENTATIONS AGENDA

[No formal action or vote will be taken or considered on these items]

Anyone wishing to address the Court during Public Comments is required to register your name on the Clerk’s registry prior to the meeting, and indicate which item or subject you wish to address.  Speakers are limited to five (5) minutes maximum, and if there are more than three speakers who wish to address the same item, the Court reserves the right to limit speakers.  The Court cannot discuss, respond or act on matters not listed on the Agenda.

C. ACTION AGENDA

  1.  Ratify and approve bids for purchase of surplus equipment and vehicles listed on GovDeals.com for  Precinct #1, Precinct #4 and Archer County Sheriff’s Department.

I, Gary W. Beesinger, Archer County Judge, do hereby certify that the above Notice of a Special Called Open Meeting and the Agenda of the Commissioner’s Court is a true and correct copy of said Notice and Agenda, and that I posted said Notice and Agenda at a place readily accessible to the general public at all times which are the doors of the Archer County Courthouse, 100 S. Center, and the doors of the Archer County Annex, 112 E. Walnut, Archer City, Texas on the 10 th day of May 2010 at 10:00 a.m. which is at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of said Meeting.
